Here's what we saw in the kitchen:
- Newer appliances worth saving
- Cluttered countertops
- Closed-in feeling
- Sink not centered with window

Here's what we saw in the dining nook:
- The table location interfered with flow
- Small area limited number of usable seats
- "Doorway" had no room for a door to swing
- An open floor-plan would update this cramped 1940s floor-plan.
- A relatively small financial add creates a tremendous impact to resale.
